Description The Deficiency Estimator / Inside Sales role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for repair work deficiencies identified during routine service calls and periodic inspections of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, kitchen hoods, and related systems. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction and profit growth by delivering clear, actionable proposals and coordinating with internal teams and clients. The Deficiency Estimator reports to the Sales Director, with daily directions from the Senior Sales Executive. The role is an office position with typical hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM, or as directed by the Sales Director.
