IT Project Manager – PMO & Strategic Initiatives Position Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading complex technology initiatives while helping to establish, mature, and standardize Project Management Office (PMO) processes across the organization. This role partners closely with IT and business leaders to deliver strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals, improve execution discipline, and increase visibility into project performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on project manager and a PMO builder - someone who can manage high-impact initiatives while designing governance, standards, and best practices that scale. Key Responsibilities: PMO Development & Governance: - Establish and mature PMO processes, standards, templates, and tools to support consistent project execution across IT and business teams. - Define and implement project governance structures, including intake, prioritization, stage gates, and reporting. - Develop and maintain project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) aligned to organizational needs. - Create standardized artifacts such as project charters, business cases, risk registers, schedule...
