About The Role: Based at the Laverton Steel Mill , this is a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced Injury Management / Return to Work Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, proactive, and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders—from employees and supervisors through to senior leaders as well as insurers and medical providers. You’ll play a key role in supporting injured workers, driving effective return to work outcomes, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the process. You’ll be at the centre of coordination, communication, and care—helping InfraBuild Manufacturing employees safely return to work while balancing business needs and compliance requirements.
