You will be responsible for developing and administering comprehensive and effective employee relations and employee management systems while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures and maintaining compliance with state, federal, and local laws. As a member of the Central Office HR Leadership team, you will participate and contribute to HR initiatives and provide support and counsel to senior leaders on human resources matters.
