Description This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial and government contracts and subcontracts for Vistra and its joint ventures. The Senior Contracts Manager serves as the company’s primary hands-on contracting professional, providing contract management and compliance support to proposal, program management and executive teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Contracts: · Manage the full contract and subcontract lifecycle from initiation through closeout for all clients and vendors. · Prepare, review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders and vendor contracts. · Review and coordinate acceptance of contract awards; monitor funding and performance periods; prepare and process contract modifications and amendments. · Prepare and issue subcontracts and subcontracts modifications, monitor subcontract funding and compliance.
