FLEX Manager, Data Quality and Compliance Operations

Job description

This is a temporary position. Responsible for executing and managing data quality and compliance operations supporting SOX and SCOUT programs. This role ensures enterprise data used for financial and operational reporting is accurate, reliable, and audit-ready by overseeing control execution, issue remediation, and compliance operations across business and technology teams. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data quality, compliance operations, SOX, or audit support roles. - Strong understanding of data quality principles, control frameworks, and regulatory compliance. - Hands-on experience with data governance, data quality, or compliance tools. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
