The hours of operations are typically Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible to work up to two days at home per month after 6 months of successful employment. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Description: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting digital banking users.
