We are everstox – a Munich-based tech and logistics startup on a mission to unleash the power of logistics for leading e-commerce brands and logistics champions. We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Solutions Manager who takes ownership of customer relationships and operational excellence. You support customers throughout their journey with everstox, solve complex operational and technical challenges, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable, scalable logistics operations. Each day is different, but: You act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers You work on solution-oriented technical requests, translating customer needs into scalable system solutions and configuration You manage larger, cross-functional operational topics that go beyond day-to-day support, including complex customer requests and process-related changes You identify opportunities, optimizations and strategic options within customer setups and actively support customer growth through expansions and additional use cases You coordinate technical and operational topics with internal teams and external partners like warehouses and Carriers to ensure smoo...
