Summary: The Compensation Analyst, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, under the direction of the Sr Manager Compensation, performs a variety of duties to support the Firm’s compensation initiatives. Assists in administering competitive compensation programs that supports the attraction and retention of qualified candidates. Administers maintenance of job descriptions, benchmarks jobs to the market and work with the Talent Acquisition team and local managers to recommend competitive salaries. Completes salary surveys and conduct an annual market analysis to ensure the Firm’s competitive position in the marketplace. Provides support to the Director Lawyer Compensation as needed.
