The Shot Blast Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of shot blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish fabricated steel components to the required quality standards prior to painting, galvanizing, or further processing. Key Responsibilities: Operate shot blast machines to clean steel components in accordance with production schedules and specifications Load and unload components using cranes, forklifts, or other lifting equipment as required Inspect blasted parts to ensure surfaces meet quality and cleanliness standards Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance, including media levels, wear parts, and housekeeping around the machine Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns, or quality issu...
