ABOUT THE POSITION: The person filling the position will be a senior member of Generate Capital’s legal team, reporting to and partnering closely with the Chief Legal Officer. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role designed for a seasoned lawyer who is ready to operate with significant autonomy and take genuine ownership of an expanding portfolio of legal responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings the credibility, judgment, and commercial instincts to become an indispensable part of the firm’s legal leadership—developing deep fluency across all dimensions of Generate’s business over time. Day-to-day, the role spans corporate governance and board matters, enterprise risk, compliance, and hands-on strategic transactional execution across M&A, capital formation, and strategic investments.
