The porter is someone who is reliable and trustworthy as they carry a lot of responsibility for getting the restaurant ready to open and maintaining the equipment to get full life out of them and provides superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately. The porter also needs to be aware of food safety as they are working with chemicals in the kitchen to clean equipment.
