A little taste of your day-to-day Develop business through direct sales solicitation; secure new accounts, maintain existing accounts and execute tactical sales plans strategy to maximize the profitability of the hotel while maintaining guest satisfaction. Oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be Drive revenue growth by proactively selling guest rooms and suites. - Identify, prospect, and qualify new corporate volume accounts to expand market share. - Execute strategic sales initiatives, including marketing plan development, short- and long-term action planning, decision-making, leadership, and innovation in promotional campaigns. - Implement sales action plans aligned with overall marketing strategy and hotel objectives. - Showcase hotel offerings through client entertainment, on-site tours, and off-site presentations while ensuring compliance with all accounting and payment policies. - Collaborate closely with Group Sales and Catering teams to ensure seamless execution of joint sales efforts. - Maintain accurate account records and activity tracking within Delphi for all assigned accounts. - Coordinate and delegate fol...
