POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a full-time permanent Rebar Detailer, who will be reporting directly to the Detailing Manager. In this position the Detailer is responsible for creating clear and accurate rebar placement drawings, coordinating with key external stakeholders, and submitting orders to the production team. The ideal candidate has interest in eventually leading the Detailing team. POSITION FUNCTIONS: core competencies qualifications working conditions The successful incumbent will be working 40+ hours per week in an office setting as well as occasional site visits. Frequent and regular use of the computer is required as well as exposure to the elements and loud noises are possible. - Produce 2D drawings in Microstation and have a working knowledge of CAD - Ensure materials and time allocation are within estimated parameters of projects - Administration of miscellaneous parts of contracts - Plan and coordinate product delivery dates with external clients - Ability to interpret blueprints - Customer service focus - Interpersonal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to be organized while working on multiple...
