Summary of Position: Serve guests chips and hot sauce and provide refills of water as needed. Remove used tableware between courses; assist in clearing and resetting tables after guests leave. We are an equal opportunity employer. - Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift. - Promptly greet guests as they are seated. - Remove used tableware between courses. - Assist in clearing tables after guests. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. - Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. - Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed. - Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster at designed times. - Respond appropriately to guest requests.
