Role: House Manager - Intensive Therapeutic Care (Significant Disabilities) Employment Type: Permanent Full Time: Location: Glenwood: In this role, you’ll work alongside a Case Manager and Therapeutic Specialist to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and young people in residential care. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring staff, and young people to develop essential life skills, stay engaged in education, and maintain meaningful connections with family, community, and support networks.
