Bring clarity, discipline, and momentum to the U.S. Private Bank’s most important priorities. You’ll partner with senior leaders and control functions to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and strengthen the advisor and client experience. As Head of Business Management within the U.S. Private Bank (USPB) team, you will serve as a senior advisor and execution lead to the leadership team, helping us turn strategy into action and sustained results. You’ll run an effective operating rhythm and governance model, connect teams across regions and platforms, and ensure work is delivered with strong risk and control discipline. You’ll also lead a distributed Business Management organization and help improve advisor productivity and the client experience through better prioritization, escalation management, and execution follow-through.
