Description HRBP & Recruiter: Description: As a HRBP & Recruiter, you will partner with managers to meet team recruitment goals by applying creativity and innovation to the sourcing, engagement, and hiring process. As well as focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall employee experience. Requirements: - Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various roles - Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and support team development and business - Act as an HR point of contact for employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding - Contribute to HR processes using HR system (BambooHR), ensuring accurate documentation, data management, and reporting - Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement updated regulations - Participate in improving recruitment and HR processes - Take an active part in HR initiatives, employer branding, and employee engagement activities such as welfare activities. - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field - 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment an...
