Position Summary The Residential Recovery Specialist (RRS) supports residents in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. This role helps residents follow their individualized treatment plans, engages them in recovery and relapse prevention, and assists with daily living tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. The RRS plays a vital role in fostering a supportive, recovery-focused community. Pay Rate: $20 an hour: Open Shift: Wednesday through Saturday 11pm-7am (32hrs) Key Responsibilities: - Ensure resident activities support program policies, treatment goals, and a structured routine. - Provide trauma-informed, gender-responsive support, including crisis intervention and de-escalation. - Assist with daily living tasks, independent living skills, and participation in recovery-focused activities. - Facilitate or co-facilitate groups, meetings, and structured program activities. - Transport residents as needed and maintain safe, organized program spaces. - Document resident progress, administer medications per MAP certification, and promote a recovery-oriented, person-centered environment.
