Job Summary: Th e Inter n al Export Coordinator is responsible for loading and unloading goods, determining loading procedures, staging orders, working with USDA (when applicable) and checking product for loading accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting Exports Supervisor with day-to-day responsibilities Setting up appointments for USDA inspections. Pre-staging international orders for both USDA inspections and ocean container loading. Completing load manifests and B/ L's for export orders shipping out. Contacting suppliers for required export documentation, follow-up as needed to ensure load dates stay on schedule. Effectively communicate with QCCFL and Export Ops regarding international specific products and their respective inventories. Coordinate with QCC Distribution Management and Centralized Inventory Management teams to ensure the cost effectiveness of international shipments (both inbound and outbound) Update and maintain internal databases for quote/order tracking (DSR), demand planning & replenishment (DPR) and war...
