Core Duties: Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team. Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks. Respond to emergencies as required . Operations management: Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns). Ensure sorting operations are completed correctly and efficiently Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests. Unloading and Loading: Assign labor, unload pallets. Assist with Sorting, help with sorting packages and envelopes as needed.
