The Logistics Supervisor / Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is a critical leader responsible for overseeing all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer orders and incoming receipts. This role drives operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and audits, optimizing logistics processes, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The Supervisor develops and mentors team members, ensures proper staffing, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the department.
