Reporting to the Design Engineering Director, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of our CAD systems, overseeing everything from initial design layouts to NPI (New Product Introduction) and sustaining support for our global organization. You will act as a key technical liaison, interfacing with executive leadership, global design teams, and external customers to align CAD methodologies with broader business goals.
