Job Title: Behavior Support Coordinator Department: Animal Care: Reports To: Animal Care & Behavior Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt: Pay Rate: $16.00 Hourly: Summary: The Behavior Support Coordinator assists the Behavior Coordinator and Animal Care & Behavior Manager with administrative tasks including data entry, phone calls, and scheduling. Responsible for routinely reviewing files for accurate data, providing input on data trends related to behavior, and communicating with the appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Animal Care Manager. Provide post-adoption support to adopters via all communication channels. Refer clients to partner organizations for behavioral consultations. Provide excellent service to all clients and organizational stakeholders. Complete client registrations for training classes; review related documents. Monthly review of behavior data trends, including returns and support requests; collaborate with Animal Care & Behavior Manager on appropriate next steps.
