Description This position will service three locations in the area Martindale Terrace Apts, Fort Edward Village Apts, Hudson Falls Village Apts. Basic Function: Assists in the maintenance of the physical asset to ensure safe, clean, habitable and cost efficient operations. Maintain high standards of conduct and follow all maintenance and personnel policies as outlined by the company. Required to supply and maintain all the basic hand tools in order to complete assigned task in safe and timely manner. Hours: This is a full-time position. Hours are normally 7am – 3:30pm (1/2-hour unpaid lunch) with overtime as may be required. Responsible for after-hour emergencies, on an alternating basis, and snow removal when needed. Position compensated on an hourly basis, with performance and wages reviewed annually (typically in the second quarter).
