Job description

Specific Job Functions: - Greet and engage with every guest in a timely manner assessing their needs and provide product and service knowledge with the highest level of guest service - Usage of suggestive selling and upselling skills with all guests - Have knowledge of garment construction, fabric, cut, and styles - Process transactions with accuracy involving cash as well as accepting other forms of payment i.e. credit/debit cards at the POS terminal Following PCI guidelines - Inspect merchandise prior to wrapping/bagging; verifying product is satisfactory for guest purchase - Conduct refunds/exchanges as per company policy - Opening/closing store housekeeping i.e., check on supply levels, spot sweeping, wipe down counter tops, dusting and keeping all areas including cash wrap neat and uncluttered - Maintain sales floor standards and merchandise guidelines to ensure welcoming environment - Keep backrooms, fitting rooms, and other storage areas clean and organized as per company and safety standards - Assist with inventory prep, counts, and re-counts - Resolve guest issues at store level within scope of authority notifying management and/or security for escalated issues - Follow LP...
