Senior UX Designer

Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a cross-functional development team within a mission-critical IT environment focused on resource planning systems. The system plays an important role in operational processes and is currently undergoing extensive development with multiple parallel initiatives and enhancement projects. The consultant will work closely with developers, system specialists, product stakeholders, and operations teams throughout the full product development lifecycle. The role involves both strategic and hands-on UX responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient digital experiences across multiple platforms and usage environments. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, user studies, and needs assessments to identify usability improvements and business requirements. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UX design concepts for various platforms and digital interfaces.
