Sr. Maintenance Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise maintenance teams within established operational and site‑maintenance systems . - Execute and enhance the site maintenance plan , ensuring reliability and performance targets are met. - Drive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance and continuous improvement, addressing risks and non‑conformances proactively. - Communicate local action plans and align maintenance activities with functional strategy and organizational objectives . - Contribute to annual business planning , including budgeting, resource planning, and business case development. - Manage performance through clear objectives, KPIs, accountability, and corrective actions when needed. - Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous operational improvements. - Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. - Develop organizational capability by identifying skill gaps, coaching team members, and supporting technical development. - Promote effective internal communication and collaboration across functions.
