Job Description Summary Under the supervision of the Coding Audit and Education Manager, the Coding Educator is responsible for delivering targeted, audit-based education to coding professionals and providers to improve coding accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality. Working closely with Coding Auditors, this role translates audit findings into actionable education, promotes consistent application of coding guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. The Coding Educator plays a key role in strengthening coding integrity, reducing risk, and supporting revenue cycle performance.
