Work Arrangement: On-site Position Overview The Load Planner is responsible for developing and executing transportation solutions that maximize capacity usage. This role involves planning loads, dispatching shipments, and tracking orders from origin to destination to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery in line with corporate objectives, departmental procedures, and industry regulations. This role supports day-to-day transportation planning and execution. The Load Planner collaborates with agents, van operators, vendors, customers, and third parties to optimize capacity utilization, profitability, and service quality through both tactical execution and problem solving. What You’ll Do: - Plan and approve orders to maximize available capacity, ensuring efficient resource utilization, high customer satisfaction, and revenue growth (including third-party carriers) - Coordinate load tendering, shipment execution, and operational communications to support timely and accurate delivery - Manage documentation processes, including correspondence, reporting, filing, and service-related paperwork - Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and transportation regulations...
