Overview Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 a year Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Location: 3585 S Camino Real Washington, UT 84780 (On-site) Are you a purpose-driven clinician passionate about guiding adolescents through meaningful transformation? Sunrise Residential Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic, trauma-informed team. At Sunrise, we blend clinical excellence with heart. Set against the serene backdrop of southern Utah, our campus offers a safe, home-like environment where girls and boys ages 12–17 can heal, grow, and thrive. We specialize in relational, experiential, and evidence-based care that addresses trauma, emotional regulation, and family systems. Responsibilities: Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change. Create comprehensive discharge plans and review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care.
