📍 Location This role is based in our Sheffield City Centre Office. 💰 Salary £26,900 base salary (Year 1 OTE: £27,700) - pro-rated depending on working pattern. We currently offer two working patterns: Working Pattern One 22.5 hours per week 3 days per week - 2 days in the office, 1 day working from home 9:00am – 5:30pm Pro-rated salary: £16,140: Year 1 OTE: £16,620 ⚠ Please note: The first 4 weeks will be full-time for training purposes. Working Pattern Two: 20 hours per week 5 days per week - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home 10:00am – 2:00pm Pro-rated salary: £14,340: Year 1 OTE: £14,770 📅 Start Date - Tuesday 9th June 2026 . Previous Contact Centre experience is highly desirable for this role.
