R&D Power Engineer

Job description

As a Power Engineer, a typical day might include the following: - Further develop and maintain a detailed understanding of electric power systems and how to protect, monitor, and control the power system. - Assist in developing product specifications, develop and analyze functional tests. - Assist with application literature, instruction manuals, and data sheets. - Provide power engineering support for customer applications and Field Application Engineers. - Assist in writing and reviewing innovative power system protection solutions to present at technical meetings and conferences.
