What You'll Be Doing: Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of ready-mix concrete. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems and machinery. Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to maintain consistent production flow. Maintain accurate production records and ensure material quality standards are met. Support a clean, organized, and compliant worksite through daily housekeeping and safety practices. What Are We Looking For: Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems. Strong commitment to safety practices and operational excellence. Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Comfort working in fast-paced, production-focused environments.
