Assistant Shift Team Leader Application Deadline: 26 May 2026: Department: Operations: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Ballylumford Power Station: Reporting To: Shift Team Leader: Description: An opportunity has arisen to recruit an Assistant Shift Team Leader to join the Operations department at Ballylumford Power Station. This role will support the Shift Team Leader in the co-ordination, management and operation of all production activities associated with Ballylumford plant and apparatus, ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the plant to achieve company objectives and business targets. The Assistant Shift Team Leader will also deputise and perform the full delegated role of Shift Team Leader in their absence, including acting as incident controller as required on the EP Ballylumford site in order to mitigate health, safety, environmental, and welfare impacts, by having complete operational responsibility for station assets outside of normal hours to meet statutory and contractual obligations.
