This executive will play a critical role in building and leading the commercial operations infrastructure required to support launch readiness, operational excellence, and long-term commercial growth. The ideal candidate brings deep biopharma commercial operations expertise, successful launch experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This leader must be equally comfortable operating strategically and executing tactically while partnering cross-functionally across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Supply Chain.
