We are currently recruiting for Process Workers to join our team at Wacol. At Primo Foods, quality and safety aren’t extras, they’re everything. If you believe in doing things the right way, care about product integrity, and support your teammates, you’ll fit right in. - Location: Wacol, QLD (free onsite parking) - Permanent Full-Time - Shifts: AM & PM available, balance work and life - No prior experience required What you'll be doing: This is hands on, physical work where you help deliver food our customers trust. Key tasks include: You’ll work in cold or chilled environments, handling meat and lifting/pushing 5 kg to 25 kg depending on the role. Safety and attention to detail are essential. - Loading/unloading meat on trolleys and racks - Pushing trolleys and hanging meat - Peeling, trimming, and preparing meat cuts - Assisting machine operators with loading - Labelling, packing, and palletising finished products - Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe What we’re looking for: Experience isn’t required, the right attitude is.
