In your role your primary focus will be to provide and facilitate an exceptional patient experience! Skills: Greet and check-in patients for appointments, verify patient information, manage incoming patient inquiries. Confirm, and schedule appointments to ensure patient flow. Verify patient insurances, ensure outstanding balances and copays are collected. Enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
