Adhering to the brand standards and providing guests with the highest levels of service. Provide massage and body treatments to guests. Promote wellness and accommodate guests to achieve their goals. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications prior to service commencing. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, and other spa areas as requested by guests.
