Department Office of the Dean of Students, Care Services-OPS Compensation: Position Summary: The Resource Specialist supports the administration, coordination, and growth of the Nesting Place program, which assists students experiencing housing insecurity and other significant resource-related challenges. This position provides direct student support through application review, scholarship and program monitoring, benefit eligibility guidance, and connection to campus and community resources. The Resource Specialist ensures compliance with evolving legislative and institutional requirements related to student eligibility and support programs while maintaining accurate records, tracking outcomes, and assisting with program assessment and reporting. This role requires a student-centered professional with strong case management, organizational, and collaborative skills who can effectively support students navigating complex personal and financial circumstances.
