Job Purpose or Objective(s): As an EMT, you will respond to emergency calls to provide immediate, high-quality medical attention to the critically ill or injured, conduct medical assessments, and provide on-property treatment as a service to our guests and employees. Arrange transport to the hospital if needed while providing quality care until transporting unit arrives. You will report to the EMT Manager or Security Manager on-duty. Full Time | $17.55/HR | Evening Shift Qualified candidates MUST possess current NREMT and Oklahoma EMT Certifications Primary Tasks: - You will conduct a primary medical and trauma assessment with re-evaluations, evaluating multiple patients, call for outside agency transport, and treat all emergencies within protocols, operating guidelines, and scope of practice for Choctaw Casino EMTs. - Bandage wounds, splint fractures, and control hemorrhages. - Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). - Use an automated external defibrillator (AED). - You will assist patients with taking prescribed medications and perform any lifesaving interventions. - Use diagnostic equipment such as a manual aneroid sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, pulse oximeter, BVM, glucom...
