Description U.S. Citizenship Required. Ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense security clearance required. This position is in-person. Toyon is seeking highly qualified Software Engineer candidates to develop software in the Python or C++ languages in support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) applications. Our software engineers work closely with our researchers and customers to create state-of-the-art solutions. Requirements: Candidates for the Software Engineer position must have a strong background in engineering, computer science, physics, and/or mathematics. A minimum of an MS degree with some industry experience or a BS degree and at least two years of industry experience is required. Experience with software architecture and design, software development in a team environment using version control tools, and experience with Docker is required. Preferred Skills and Experience: An MS degree with at least two years of industry experience or a BS degree with at least four years of industry experience is desired.
