Associate Manager, WFE Success Coach-1

Job description

The Associate Manager for WFE Student Success will build strong teams that foster authentic relationships with students. This function is accountable for the enrollment and persistence of students through their education programs Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ownership of student-first focused culture. - Motivating and leading a team of Success Coaches to ensure attainment of WFE objectives and to effectively implement continuous improvement. - Recruit, interview and make hiring decision for new team members. - Provide coaching and training to team of Success coaches through 1-1’s, call call reviews, performance evaluations, and team meetings. - Collaboration with education providers staff to ensure strong curriculum knowledge of institution and resources available to students. - Direct management, hiring and development of team members. - Ensure the team is equipped with processes, tools and techniques to provide exceptional service to the students. - Partnering with appropriate leadership regarding weekly reports on student success activities, projections and performance. - Provide change management leadership Job Skills: - Understanding of student success, advising an...
