Flintwood Disability Services is seeking an experienced Team Leader to play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of centre and community-based programs. This position requires a motivated and adaptable individual who can lead and mentor Support Workers while ensuring strong person-centred support for participants. You will work closely with the Service Manager and frontline staff to ensure programs are delivered effectively and that participants are supported to achieve their individual goals. This is a multi-dimensional and rewarding role that contributes to positive social change and improves the lives of people in the community.
