Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Assist the Gaming Commission to ensure honesty and integrity of gaming operations. - Assist in identifying and addressing potential problems and risks. - Research, read, write and interpret regulatory and legal documents. - Assist in writing departmental procedures. - Review external departmental controls and prepare for final approval. - Review and approve/deny Casino policy and procedures for adherence to the Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards and the Amended Gaming Ordinance. - Perform and/or perform Gaming Investigations for all non-compliant audit findings. - Perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll need to be successful: - High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred. - One - two years’ related experience in a Native American gaming environment. - Successfully pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, and background check. - Gaming License issued by the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission. - Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation preferred. - Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens Benefits you’ll love: - Approximately 5 weeks of paid time off annua...
