Job description

Partners with the Director of Marketing to manage the Account Development (AD) Host Team to execute the Casino Marketing strategies for Harrah’s/Horseshoe Council Bluffs. Personally develops and maintains excellent relationships with VIP players while creating a differentiated service experience through management of the AD team. Tracks, evaluates, and holds accountable the performance of Executive Hosts including all Bright Spots metrics and overall service. Achieves desired results in all areas of responsibility through staff development and training programs, established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high quality service. Then, monitors results through inspection, evaluation and analysis. Makes changes if necessary to achieve end result. Assists in coordination of all host functions both on and off property including communication between the Casino Sales Team in Las Vegas, property AD Team, Food and Beverage Team, and all other departments to produce positive results.
