Location: Methodist Hospital Position: Quality Improvement Consultant: Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00a-4:30p: IU Health is Indiana’s largest and most comprehensive healthcare system, and the #1 ranked healthcare provider in the state. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Consultant to develop, coordinate, and evaluate continuous quality improvement activities across assigned populations, supporting the organization’s strategic goals and enhancing patient care outcomes. Position Overview: The Quality Improvement Consultant works independently and leads specific work groups to analyze gaps in clinical care and identify barriers to care. They facilitate the organization’s performance improvement processes in collaboration with project teams and leadership. This role involves developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives, conducting staff and physician training on improvement methodologies, and promoting a culture of continuous quality enhancement across the organization.
