Position Summary The Director of Human Resources is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all HR functions across a multi-brand, multi-state organization. This role supports over 600+ restaurant locations across 17 states and leads a team focused on delivering compliant, efficient, and people-centered HR solutions. The Director partners with leadership to drive employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth across three distinct brands while developing scalable training and HR content and proactively monitoring regulatory changes.
