Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 3 -4 + years of ServiceNow administrations experience with ITSM modules. Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMDB. Working knowledge of configuration management principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver client-focused solutions. Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies. Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot platform issues. Attention to details and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.2 Preferred Experience: - Experience with federal implementations and upgrades (FEDRAMP). - Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations (REST, MID Server).
