Operations Manager

Job description

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing all warehouse operational activities, including budgeting, labor planning and scheduling, space and equipment utilization, safety and security, housekeeping, and sanitation. This role ensures the effective alignment of people, process, and technology—leveraging Ascellos WMS—to consistently meet or exceed customer service standards. The ideal leader brings a coaching-based leadership style and a process-driven approach, developing high-performing teams while driving operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
